New Harvest Moon game, with lots of information!!

Hello, chaotix-shadow-fan here with plenty of news about MAQL's newest installment to the Harvest Moon series, Bokujou Monogatari: Hajimari no Daichi (Harvest Moon: Land of Beginning).

The new game, which is looking to be exclusive to the 3DS, takes place in a town (name not known yet) which is in a state of decline, and it's up to you (the protagonist) to make the town more well known with your farm!

The game features brand new stuff, such as customizing your appearance (yes, finally!!), being able to build your own houses and buildings and being able to move them (in a very Sims-esque way) along with other items (such as lampposts, etc.), being able to fly to other places (not quite confirmed yet, but that's what I got from the trailer and the japanese site), and some others, such as the somewhat unreal size ratio of the crops to people.

Pets will be available in all shapes and sizes (dogs and cats), and you will be able to play with them with their toys! You will also be able to walk your pets around with a leash. If you leave you ignore your pets and don't take good care of them, they will grow fat and unhealthy.

There has also been a 4-player feature confirmed, but nothing more has been released on the subject.

I am very excited for this game!! It comes out February 23rd in Japan, and will most likely see a North American release!

I am most excited for the customizable appearance feature; I've been hoping they would do it for a while now!
